The Information Technology (IT) Schedule 70 was established to assist federal government agencies with their procurement of IT products, services, and solutions as needed to meet their agency IT missions and grants agencies direct access to the commercial experts who can thoroughly address the needs of the government IT. Maryland Consulting and Technical Services (CATS) Master Contract

The Department of Budget and Management (DBM) has established this Master Contract vehicle to procure IT consulting and technical services for the State of Maryland. The objective of this Master Contract is to enable State government to procure IT consulting and technical services in a timely and economical manner. Through CATS, the State has a flexible means of obtaining information technology (IT) resources quickly, efficiently and cost effectively by issuing Task Orders (TO) specific to its needs.
